If so how long did it take for them to send the codes?

I bought some points from these guys a few days ago thinking they would email me the codes immediately so I could buy Shadow Complex but I have not heard anything from them. I even sent two emails and nothing.

I could understand the delay if they were shipping it but there e-mailing it. As soon as they get my order they should be ripping off the security tape and sending me the codes.
 
I've bought points and XBL subscriptions from these guys before, but I have NEVER had them e-mailed to me. They always arrive in an envelope within a week or so.

They are good people and I have never had an issue with them before. Give them a couple days since it is the weekend.

On the page it says "FREE EMAIL DELIVERY!" but I guess it might arrive in a envelope like Admiral Moo's did so I will give them a few more days. Its been 5 so far.
 
So still no word? This does not bode well.

You should PM drfrielgood or comment on his thread (should be in the deals section). He always comes through when people are having problems. And yes, I have bought points from him before. They were emailed to me within a day. Sometimes, he likes to wait a while until the deal is over so he can send out the codes to everyone at once to save himself time.
 
Well I doubt sending him a PM here(though I did not think of it) would do any good being that he deleted a polite post I made on his forum on Aug. 25 inquiring about my order. To his credit though he did send me a PM with my deleted message requesting some info which I gave but that was the last I heard from him though he was on later that day and days after.


I filed a paypal claim and he still has not responded to that even. I don't know what to make of it other than just laughing at this point because have used no less that 4 means of trying to get into communication with them and not one got a response.


At this point I'm am a little mad but not at not getting my points so I could buy Shadow Complex but at the terrible customer service. If they ran out of points all they had to do is send a courtesy email. That I could understand fully but not this avoidance game they seem to be playing with me.


Seem to me they might be a bunch of teenagers and I wont say avoid them because they seem to be getting a lot of love here after reading around but they have soured me personally from ever buying from sites like theirs again.
