anyone else having problems with Gamefly

i had games i my  Q for months   the day they come out they  go from 

NOW TO LOW  without even attempting to ship

i rejoined (meaning added another  3 month gift card)  May 11  only had  1 game   that entire time.

I was with them for years and quit and rejoined in   Jan 14

i be very shocked if they are still around in a year or two

Well, from my experience with Gamefly, they usually are good with your Q priorities.

If you have games that have the availability of Low to Very Low towards the top of your Q, chances are you're not gonna get many games.

If you have your Q that way, they're trying to accomodate your priorities and will only focus on the top 5-10 games in your Q.

Because of that, it's gonna be a while until you get a game.

finally got though to the   phone number on gamefly cause CHAT HELP Was no help

and was told  starting in june   if you have less then 10 games in your Q  it will cause the Q to freeze and nothing will ship. you must have at least 10 games that show now in your account to get anything to ship

now if this is true or another lie i have no clue  all i know is i had  open slots and i had 

Hyperdimension Neptunia PP
and

Tomodachi Life

both in my  Q for  months and  NONE  SHIPPED 

MATTER OF  FACT BOTH JUMPED FROM NOW TO LOW  

another worker i talked to said they are moving out of the handheld games  and mostly going into consles 

sucks i got  6 months still on my membership and   they are shipping me nothing
