Anyone know of coupons/discounts for Budget Truck Rental??

Hi all! I'm headed from Alabama to California and it looks like our finances are going to demand a U-Haul type approach. It looks like Budget might be cheapest, so I thought I'd see if anyone knew of any discount codes before I made the reservation.

I'm not looking forward to the 5-day drive though. Ugh.

All I know is that offer price matching but not all the time. By the way, which route are you going by? If you can, try taking the 40. It's the former Route 66. Plus it takes you through Amarillo, Texas where you can stop at The Big Texan, an awesome steak house.

I think the Post Office has some discount coupons for truck rentals in the change of address pack.

Also, try your local Entertainment discount books. Often, they have coupons for car and truck rentals.
