EBGames B&M had it used with book and case for $7.99 last time I checked(4 weeks ago).

Gamestop B&M has it for $4.99 I bought one from there a few months ago, but of course YMMV. Part two is $9.99

Both of them are great, IMO. I suggest taking a look at your local K-Mart.

The first one, used for $4.99. Wherehouse.com is a division of FYE and I have ordered from them a lot, every used game I get is generally in great shape with the original case and manual. They are OOS on the second one though.

You mean apart from the obvious? Right now someone's auctioning off both games, with the second one unopened. New copies can be hard to find. The second game is actually a prequel and IIRC most reviews thought it was better than the original; so if you were only going to play one FE game, it should probably be that one.
