Are either of these PS3 arcade sticks any good?

And can they be used with PS2, Wii or PC? (Most of my SNK games are on Wii or PS2)

I've never heard of EXAR before. And I've always wanted a SNK stick, but I don't know what I'd use it for on PS3. Thanks in advance for any opinions.
