Are there any stores that take new games without receipt?

YMMV on any store to accept it. Futureshop might do it, but you have to- not ask for cash where you are going. go in ask for credit, if they tell you no, leave.
 
wal-mart used to be famous for taking anything without the reciept, but I think they have changed their policy now, though I think you may get credit still.

Or if you have a bunch of careless employees at a KMart service desk. Huge YMMV here though.
 
Target takes game w/o receipt. First tell them u pay for it with cash. They will take your i.d. number and give u store credit.

Sorry for asking a stupid question... but what does the store flagging you mean?

Does it mean they blacklist you and won't let you in their stores anymore o.o;;;

Does eb game flag people as well?

they will put your drivers license number in there computers and you will only be allowed to do maybe one or two returns like that per year.
