Arkham City 360 on Amazon

I've got some amazon credit, so I want to buy Arkham City there. Problem is, I can't justify spending 40 bucks on a quick single player game. Is there some type of deal or upcoming deal that can help me get this cheaper, or some B2G1 type of deal that applies to this?
 
I've got a sealed copy I will let you get for $34.50 gifted PayPal if you would want it.

Aside from that I don't know any deals. You could make a thread in the trading forum and offer some of the Amazon credit for a used copy to keep from spending the entire $40. Only thing is finding someone who has one that did not already use the Cat or Nightwing code(s).

I have the :360:Arkham City/ Arkham Asylum GOTY two pack from when Arkham City launched in new/sealed condition. I want $45 shipped for it.

Please note though that the individual games in the bundle are not shrinkwrapped and may have a 'not for resale' sticker over their UPC's. The two games DO have their Microsoft seals along the edge of the cases though.
