Actually I think you can unlock this through UPlay as well.

The UPlay one is a different theme, and it sucks. It doesn't look like a premium theme. The backgrounds look stretched like how old themes stretch to fit on NXE. And the My Friends section has the default avatar backgrounds. Save your UPlay points for something else.
