First of all, At&t is the worst and the only reason I'm using it is because my dad doesn't want Comcast atm and it wouldn't make sense to have 2 internet connections in one house 
So I looked around and googled but the results were mixed, I'm not sure if it's my area or just SOME users. I get very low download speeds under 1mb around 4am and random times of the day. Everytime I download a 700mb file from torrents, it always slows down my speed for a few hours unless I turn off my router for a few seconds. Anyone else have a problem with their service?
