I think the fine print is you buy one and get one for 60% off.... so if you buy a 40 bucks game, then you get 60% off on the 18 dollars one since 60% off only applies on equal or less value.

He's saying to buy two 40 dollar games... 60% off 40 is 18.

Just glancing at the selection online, I would recommend Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Lunar Silver Harmony: Premium Edition, Mimana: Iyar Chronicle, and Persona 3 Portable as decent $40 PSP titles for this deal.

$40 + $16 = $56 or $28 per game.
 
Hope they have this sale again when Valkyria Chronicles 2 drops, can't wait for that one.

Thanks OP, will probably dig for Personas and Heyzx Force, Crimson Gem, etc.
 
I don't know if you guys are serious about trying find some of those games but my TRU only has the shovelware PS2 games and only a handful of PSP games.

All of the PSP titles I listed were in stock at my local TRU. Make sure you take a look behind the glass if you don't see anything of interest on the shelves. Besides Mature rated games, My TRU has its more expensive or newer PSP games behind the register in glass, for some strange reason.
