bad service at retail

does anyone have any horror stories about bad service at game stores, here's mine today i went to play'n trade a retro chain here in virginia now the first couple of times i've been there just great service no complaints but today bleagh just the worst service ever ok i was trading in about 8 - 9 xbox games i thought no problem up utill a game i'd bought weeks before came back to bite me in the arse time spliters 2 now the game was messed up to begin with, oh lord and this i have no words to describe him other then drama queen i mean this fool screamed and ranted until i thought the poor bloke was gonna croak of a heart attack, and not even ebgames had EVER treated me this bad so what do you think does this qualify as the worst or what.

Fixed. Run on sentences suck.

As someone who works in a game store im willing to bet the employee didnt make that big of a scene and the disk was probably scratched to the point you knew better than to trade it in. Even if he did make a scene get over it, it's not that big a deal.
 
So I work in this play n' trade in virginia and some guy comes in and i greet him and he tells me he wants to trade in some xbox games. I say "great lets see what you got" and as I am checking them I run across time splitters 2. I mean this game was not scratched It was carved into. No refurb would fix this so I let him know "Sir Im really sorry but we just can't take this game due to its unsellable condition. From there the guy freaks out and starts bitching "oh im the customer, the customer is always right, I give you guys money, I basically pay for your paycheck". Then the guy storms outta there and I continue to live my life the on the road I was living on.






I made this up obviously but i wouldent be surpirsed if it went something like this.

Thank you! I was having a really hard time reading this.

ya dude that was terrible to read im not even going to say anything else about it, but ya sometimes people get pissed off. who knows what went on previously in his day...
