Barnes and Noble does free shipping on orders over 25 dollars. From what I understand, its quicker than Amazon's free shipping service. You would need to be on BN's e-mail list to receive coupons and codes. I usually see coupons for 10 or 15 percent off one item in store, I imagine you could also use them online.

But why would someone just give you their gift card for no reason?
