Agreed about the show. Bought it cheap on DVD, watched it on Funimation, sold the unopened DVDs at a loss on eBay.

what makes it mediocre? I prefer to return it and use the money to preorder LA Noire if the show is really bad.

I didn't think it was bad. It wasn't great, but it was alright. That, and I thought it ended really well.

I enjoyed this one as well. Been recently rewatching it in fact, an episode or two every once in a while. The Blu has been tempting since the price has dropped in general, but I'm still content with the ca. 2007 box set I have on the shelf rather than double-dipping.
