It seems that some of the games that are apart of the buy 1 get 1 40% off are also apart of the 50% off too. Nano Assault (3ds) and Adventures of Tintin (Ps3) for 29.98 before tax. Also worth mentioning Adventures of Tintin MSRP is 39.99 at GS, Amazon and Best Buy.
 
the MSRP for War in the North is definitely $39.99.

I'm not sure if AC has dropped yet but with the little replaybility it has, I would have thought we'd see it hover a little lower. Great game though.

I think AC has a higher degree of re-playability than most games, especially considering the Riddler Challenge Maps.

The DLC has been very good as well.
 
You can get these for $70 or so used on gamestop.com with coupon CAG16 and power up rewards. Much better deal instead of $80 plus tax.

but its used and you wont get the dlc codes
 
yeah amazon has arkham city for $40 prime or FSSS... and since there aren't any newer games on this list there is no real reason to go for this deal unless you have a TRU gift card or something.

Some people would rather get non-scratched new discs in actual cases with books and dlc codes, instead of saving a few bucks on a game in a feces-encrusted black case.
