OH MY A SILHOUETTE BEST MOVIE EVER!

Seriously though, an action shot.. anything. A person's shadow = lame.

I'll tell you what I think sucks about Batman Begins: the fucking monster truck batmobile. It looks retarted. Classic Batmobile all the way! Christian Bale will be a kick ass younger Batman, though. I'm looking forward to it.

My thoughts exactly about the batmobile.

I remember a few months ago when someone first posted pics of the new batmobile. I wanted to puke my fucking guts out.

OMG! What the hell is that Batmobile? No wonder he's so sad. With gas prices so high filling that sucker up's gonna exhaust his fortunes. Poor Batman.

The thing is, they really wanted to go back to how Batman actually did begin and took some ideas from the Frank Miller style Batman. But why the hell does the damn costume look so much like the crappy ones from the two previous films? I liked the first Keaton costume but that was it. When they are so obviously trying to start the fanchise over after the Batman and Robin fiasco, why keep any of the costume similar?

Those batcars are real tech. They cost 1.2 mil each, go insanely fast, and can jump. THE CAR CAN JUMP, MAN!!! :)

Very cool poster indeed. While I have hopes for this movie, I was really hoping for a more "The Dark Knight Returns" type Movie. Hell, I would just settle for the Dark Knight Returns in movie form ^^, that to me is the ultimate in Bat books and would make one helluva movie.

Great poster. And the Batmobile is supposed to be something of a prototype for Batman. Looks a lot like the one used in Dark Knight Returns.

And the costume is not the same. Batman will actually be able to turn his head around, and won't have to do the robot just to face in the opposite direction.

You guys are missing the point. Remember, this is supposed to be when Batman's just starting out so he doesn't know what would make sense logistically in a vehicle. This is a Batman who's just starting out so he's not going to be the Dark Knight just yet... more like a Lite Grey Knight whose prone to making rookie vigilante mistakes. I also hated the Battank when I first heard of it but when I thought of the context (the reason if you will) that someone would want to start his 'War On Crime', it made perfect sense. What would make more sense than a tank?

Since when does a all-terrain-vehicle make LESS SENSE than a long unwieldy penis mobile? I don't like the way it looks either, but if this movie is taking a "real life" approach, the hummer DOES make more sense.
Looks cool, I'm looking forward to this Batman. The films are going back in the right direction and away from this trash:

OOOOHHHHHH!!! LOOK AT ALL THE PRETTY COLORS!!!

Seriously though......just as long as the upcoming flick isn't as bad as this celuloid abortion, I'll be happy. I had to turn off B&R as soon as they started sky surfing in the beginning....That was freaken horrible.

That is one bad ass looking poster. It captures the dark side of batman and focuses on his angst completely UNLIKE the george clooney batman where he is smiling amidst lines of neon colors.

The batmobile is not made to look good... it was made to preform good. they've done a lotta stunts already..and the old batmobiles from the old movies were jus made for show. and the poster..is F-in badass..

everyone thinks of batman as a guy who always fights n stuff...

whatever happened 2 chris o'connel his career is done after batman
that new halo warthog looking batmobile looks hotttttttttttttttttttt

Christopher Nolan (Memento) and Christian Bale (American Psycho, Equilibrium) probably wont delve into the kidde film area :)

It makes sense to someone who is starting his "War on Crime" as I previously stated and as such he doesn't know that there SHOULD be a balance between an armored tank and a vehicle made for maneurability. You forget I PREVIOUSLY mentioned that this IS batman starting out. He DOESN'T yet know the best way to fight. I think the Battank is one of the biggest mistake that he's going to make but is acceptable since this is (and I reiterate) Batman's BEGINNING on his 'War on Crime'.
I hope its better than Batman and Robin.

BRING BACK TIM BURTON!...OH AND MICHAEL KEATON.
Oh, what greatness Two-Face and Mr.Freeze could have been under Burton. :(
