Battlefield 4 questions, problems, issues

Loving the game thus far, but i have a couple questions i'm needing help with and kinda feel like an idiot for not being able to figure out.

First, i bought some slim jims and registered them online.  How do i get those rewards in game?  I registered on EA/Dice website, but still can't figure out how to get the rewards.

Secondly, i'm having trouble finding servers.  I'm messing with filters, but for the life of me i can't find many servers.  Nothing for cature the flag regardless of the filters.   Nothing for alot of the other game modes as well.  I'm finding it hard to believe that on the first Saturday noone in the world is playing capture the flag?  Or am i wrong?

ok, not much info around that is helping me solve issues.

first, I've created an EA/Origins account and I find no way to post questions over there. I've searched the forums and don't see answers to my questions....and again don't see how to post to the forums.

I realize there are issues with the game, but I don't think they should effect my issues.

secondly, I've put in numerous slimjim codes and my EA/Origins account won't reflect that.  I have $15 in Origin credits. how do I get those perks in game? in BF3 there was a Battlelog to log into right in game, I don't see that in BF4.

Anyone have any idea on how to help?
