BB Warranty Question!

I picked up a Zen Xtra from BB this past summer, but as I was coming home on my plane, TSA lost my cables and I havent bought any new ones since. So, I'd like to return it via the warranty and hopefully still get my credit for it. It still has all the original materials (minus the power and transfer cable). So anyone know if I'd be able to get the credit still?

everything has to be returned to get the refund... i got the metroid prime gamecube package back in 2005 .... so the prime game and they refuse to take the system back (system broke) i had to go out and buy a new one even though i was under the 2 year warrenty

I have had great experiences with BBs protection plan. But that's only when something goes wrong with it - returns aren't covered by the protection plan, as far as I know. I have brought stuff back without all the parts (not on purpose) and I've never had a problem.

Why doesn't TSA buy you new ones?

I can't prove that TSA did it, basically because I didn't realize it until I had gotten home. They left one of the pockets on my bag unzipped :(

Did you call, um, shit, who would you call? The airport? Can you call TSA directly? I would at least try calling them and seeing what they say.

Already tried, they pretty much just said I was SOL because there aren't any identifying marks on the cables...
