I don't know if this is at all Borders stores or not so treat this as YMMV, but I saw the PS3, 360, and Wii Beatles Rockband (game only) on clearance for 14.98 at the St. Charles, IL Borders.
At least you reminded me to run out to Borders today--my local store had only dropped it to $29 last time I was there, and none of my Old Navy's ever had the mega cheap music games in early Spring.
