Please tell me I wasn't the only one who saw the Beck performance.. and the whole Borat coming out on stage with him, and doing a white boy cookie dance while playing some bamboo thing. This had to be one of the funniest Letterman episodes in a long time, I've got a headache from laughing so fucking hard.
 
In my country Paul Schaffer is a big big star wow wee ahh. My wife died .. high five.

I didnt catch Beck but I saw him on SNL and I loved "Clap Hands". I dont normally care for Beck but the performance was so original and different.

I posted as I was going to bed last night.. when I get a chance tonight, I'm going to try to find the interview with Borat on YouTube and the Beck performance with Borat doing the dance.

Funny thing about Letterman though is that he kept making his own album cover for Beck's cd with the included stickers.. and had a custom sticker of his own head before the performance on the cover.

Perhaps it was cause he told Letterman most Kazahkstan women's vaginas are loose like the sleeve of a wizard? I noticed that too though. Conan seemed to understand Borat's humor and enjoy it while Letterman just tolerated it.

Yea it looked like Letterman wasn't feeling the comedy. Maybe he thinks its lame to make fun of people from other contries.
 
I just get the impression that Letterman is tired of it all. Sorta like "that teacher" that was 1 year away from retirement and just didnt give a shit anymore.

That's sort of Letterman's schtick, though. He gets it, but he doesn't want the audience to think he gets it.
