Best B&M Midnight Open Pre-Order deal for Halo 3

Microcenter seems to be the best with $10 store credit. Are there any better? Is a deal to get a cheap Live Points card still around? I'm looking at the regular ediiton.

J7 - I really don't think you're going to find any pre-order "deals" if you're looking for B&M only. Some stores have exlusives that will come along with the game, but in terms of price, most of the stores are just going to be asking MSRP. Your best bet would be to wait for opening week sales or do an online pre-order.
