Gamerush and Fry's should be on the list. Ebgames and gamestop should not.
I haven't been to a Fry's, but the rest of that I can agree with. EB and GS are just awful, and GR proves it.
My vote is for FYE, where else can $10-20 worth of games be traded in for a new $50 game straight up?
I have to agree with this, but without eb this isn't possiable

ebgames black friday sale was kickass. and they have buy one get one half off sales, and other deals as well.

I really suggest making separate awards for best pawn shop(gamerush vs eb vs gamestop vs gamecrazy) and retailers that ONLY sell new(target, frys, CC, BB)
gotta says Bestbuy.com
this thread is for B&M(as in brick and mortar as opposed to online)

yeah....blockbuster/gamerush should be nominated...so many people (including me) got some kick ass deals there this year

Circuit City started the year out strong with their $5 sale and penny XBox games, but TRU finished the year with what I would call the best sale CAG has ever seen. I picked up a giant stack of games for zero dollars--I hooked up friends and myself with good quality free stuff plus had a boatload for trade in credit at other retailers.

blockbuster

had gamerush and awesome deals, great trade in credit.

and for the people who didn't even have gamerush's they did that dvd deal where all dvds got 8 bucks or more in trade in PLUS every game trade of 3 or more got 5 bucks extra (xbox, ps2, gamecube). They also did trade 3 or more ps1 games in get 3 extra.

and then sears, ace combat 5 5 bucks :)

EBGames because they have a great selection of games for all systems at good prices.

Circuit City hands down $5 sale.

Plus a also give respek to Target they have some really good games on clearance but that is always YMMV.
Like PSO for Xbox $4.98
Fry's won't win because it's not in enough places, but it deserves a nomination. Hell of a great store.
I would say the same goes for gamerush...

really? the blockbuster by me is not a gamerush but had the dvd deal. I thought that was everywhere

I think someone brought up that they probably did that to get more dvds for the online service they have

GAMERUSH!!!!!! Found $3 Earthbound and the trade in deals are shaq-fuing great. I completely missed the CC $5 sale.........
