Was at Best Buy today and saw a 50% off table which had some video games on it. The games were all marked $9.99 and were in Christmas packaging. I would mark this as extreme YMMV by store and title. I'm not sure if all stores are doing this or if the titles will vary by store. Chances are there may have been others that I missed depending on when these were first put out. However, I've been to Best Buy a few times in the past couple weeks and this was the first time I saw them there. Titles found at the Saugus, MA store:

Veggie Tales: Larry Boy and the Bad Apple :ps2:
World Championship Poker :ps2:
Enthusia Professional Racing :ps2:
Ace Combat Advance :gba:
Sprung :ds:

So they end up being $5 each. They had to manually mark them down at the register. Not an incredible buy, but like I said maybe other stores will have some different titles?
I did buy a couple and will try to get a pic uploaded later today to show the packaging.

Is it really? lol

Thanks for letting me know. Perhaps this topic will need to be taken down if the other titles are priced similar without the packaging...

I picked up Duel Masters for $1.99 today at Best Buy. Also, I saw God of War and Shadow of the Colossus for $14.99 (I already have those and at slightly cheaper prices). YMMV
Without the special packaging, Veggie Tales is $1.99 and Sprung is $1.99 so they are actually charging more for those 2.
And no offense, but Sprung ain't even worth it at THAT price!

Same thing for Enthusia.

My daughter liked it enough to play through the whole game, and she's not at all shy about abandoning a game that bores her. What little I saw of it seemed to be a fairly generic platformer. It was entertaining for her, and, more importantly, it was easy enough that she didn't have to keep bugging me to get past difficult parts for her. I thought it was worth $2.

Heh, sorry guys. I didn't realize these games had already been clearanced lower. Looks like Best Buy is trying to pull a Kmart/Sears manuever in restickering to get more for the games. Ah well..

It's basically a kids version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong. It was decently executed, too.
