Found BlazBlue: Continuum Shift for the PS3 for $17.99 at my local Best Buy. It was tagged as a clearance. This was at the Best Buy in Columbia, MD. Lots of copies left. One price card says the clearance price is $27.99 and another said $17.99. It's definitely $17.99 though.
Best Buy clearances seem pretty YMMV and online it says it's $19.99 still, so just an FYI before you go running out.
Didn't appear the Xbox 360 version was on clearance or at least the price card still said $19.99
