Crazy! Was just thing about the Sega Collection while on my iPhone contemplating buying iOS Streets of Rage 2(will try and wait till it's 99cents)! I have played that game so much on PS3! Online, too, when the online was active for it(PS+ 'free' one). Can still find a game, here and there, though.

I have the collection on PS3. Very good buy if you enjoy vintage games!

No problem. For me, the motion controls detracted from the gameplay (I find jumping much easier with a button than having to swing the remote up every time). It annoyed me about as much as having to do the roll motion in Donkey Kong Country Returns.

Really want the genesis collection so I can give the Phantasy Stars another shot but from what I remember I stopped playing them because they were all really big grind fests. I played them when I was 8 or so, so they might have just seemed too difficult at the time. The Sonic games are great too...

Must be feeling nostalgic this morning - got the sega collection for Shining Force, the first srpg I ever played. I doubt it held up well, but for $10, what the heck.

I had deblob on Wii and deblob2 on PS3 - it definitely controls better with a regular controller. Obviously, its playable if motion controls are your thing, but they make the jumping much more awkward.

We added a 82" 3d tv a few weeks ago as well, and so far all the 3d games we've played have been killer. We are kind of surprised 3d tvs are not really taking off that well.
