Nice looking out Guardian.

My question on the Sony B1G1, does anyone know if its just on sets released prior to the sale, or if it includes sets released after the sale started. I am asking, because I am thinking about picking up Strong Medicine (being released under Sony Pictures) for my fiance, and was wondering if that would be part of the sale, that way I could possibly pick up a set for myself and make the cost roughly $25 per. Thanks in advance.
 
I got the Seasons 5 and 6 of Seinfeld yesterday afternoon at Best Buy and I recieved a follow up post that Sony TV DVDs are having this sale till early February. I was expecting to pay $84 when I picked them up and only had to fork over $42 total so I was extremely happy. I expect that sunday there will be a lot of shoppers buying up supply on the popular tv shows so I would think it's better getting this deal now. The cashier said this deal was the first she rang up so I imagine because most shoppers don't know about it and probably just buy 1 season.
 
$34.99 for ALL Seinfeld DVD box sets, AND it's buy 1 get 1 free?

Time to finish the Seinfeld collection I guess :D

Holy shit, and I can get all of King of Queens (4 seasons) for only $50?

Harlem Nights is $6 at DDD, or $4.80 during the 20% off sale (ie-the only time I shop there) anyway I thought it was hilarious. If you're a fan of Eddie Murphy, Redd Foxx and/or Richard Pryor you owe it to yourself to at least rent it at some point, or pick it up free with Hustle & Flow.
 
I'm thinking about picking up seinfeld sets 3-6. I'm just hoping that my store will have enough copies available after all the people spot this ad on Sunday.

To those worried about the ad hitting the paper, just go in now, as I am pretty sure the sale started this past Sunday.

So if you have the money this week, get there before Sunday to reap the rewards.

B1G1 free has started, but some of the sets drop in price starting this sunday (at least according to the ad)
 
Married with Children here I come. Err, the DVDs, not actually...being Married with....you knew what I meant!

EDIT: I was all confused but now I think I understand. The B1G1 Free on the Seasons are already in effect, but these prices are not in effect until the 8th. As when I check the prices on the website for Married with Children only season 1 is $24.99, the rest are different prices $39.99, $34.99 and $33.99. But Sunday they should all be $24.99 on the website so I can use in-store pickup, correct?

Would the seinfield dvd set with the puffy shirt also be $34.99 and can one mix and match (ex:eek:ne seinfield season and a married and children season)?

Doubt the boxset, but you should be able to mix and match different shows, but the cheaper one is going to be free.

You can probably get the cheaper price, but I doubt the B1G1 deal
 
seems like its only giving me the option to have one dvd free even if i have 4 in my cart so two should be free... this sucks.

I very much doubt it... if there is a limit, it will be on the number of duplicate sets you can buy.

No way will they limit the number of unique sets you can buy... I'm planning to get Seinfeld 3-6 and King of Queens 1-4, highly doubt they'll try to stop me. Now maybe if I bought three copies of each one, then there would be a problem.
 
I'd just make a bunch of orders of two. I was thinking about doing in-store pickup, but now I need to see if the other two Married sets go on sale. I've never seen a limit on how many sets you can buy.
 
I don't know why you guys are doing it yet, none of them are on sale yet. I've looked at the Seinfeld and Married with Children. I tried to add to cart thinking they might show a different price but they're still showing the higher prices. In case you're confused you can get the Buy 1 Get 1 free now but the sale that starts on the 8th where all seasons are 24.99 or 34.99 are not the prices shown when ordering on the website. I'm gonna go to sleep now and hope they change it in the morning.

i know paying 100 dollars for all king of queens dvds and married with children dvds is cheap, but any way to get it cheaper? I just dropped like 120 bucks for floor tickets to a rascal flatts concert for me and my girl. Any known coupon sent to rewards zone members? Id use the 10 dollar certificates, but the site is slow as hell seeing as ive had pending points for almost a month now.
 
Wait a second guys look at the ad on the website. It ONLY shows Season 4 of Married with Children and Season 4 of Seinfeld on the ad. The rest of the prices aren't dropping because they're not ALL on sale. :cry:

Trust me I'm right go look at the ad it said buy 1 get 1 free on any of the seasons and it ONLY shows pics of Season 4 of Seinfeld and Season 4 of Married with Children. Why would it choose only seasons 4 of each and yet coincidently only the 4th seasons are on sale? deeerr it's because they're the only seasons on sale.
