Best Buy took down this offer several days ago but if you call the online phone number they will still honor the offer if you play stupid and be nice.

i got 1600 points and halo 3 for like $65 today although the promotion expired.

i dont have a 360, but that liongames site has an almost similar offer: pre-order halo 3 for $45 (i guess here you save $20+ on points because of tax and whatnot tho)
