I am glad I went to CC sale and everyone is sold out of psi-ops. So I guess I will get it cheaper at BB thanks OP.

I've checked my local BB several times looking for Psi Ops at this price, but they don't have it. It's a big YMMV on availability, but a great deal if you can find it, even before the GGC makes it free.
