This past bf, my bro bought one of those $200 emachines. Well, when he set it up, he found a japanese dvd that was scratched up pretty bad. Too bad it wasn't porn, though. I'm not even sure what it was.
One day at frys I returned a dvd burner and 10 minutes later, I saw my dvd burner back on the store shelf. I could tell becauce there was a few marks on the box. It was opened so it wasnt like they were putting a new one back.
I guess my question is to all you guys if we should return it or what? The DVD-R was scratched up pretty bad. I'm not sure if it was a movie or what. I'm pretty sure it wasn't official or anything.
how does something like this work? if you do return it do they have to give you another machine even though it was a one day only sale and who is too say they would even have this make... What keeps them from saying the Cd wasnt in the machine and you are the one who put the cd in the machine... This is why i try to stay away from buying big items the DATG
funny story there. Around 15 years or so ago when the VCR came on the market my grandpartents went out and got one from i think highlands (bankrupt now). Well they got home and found a Cartoon tape in the machine (i guess it was to show the thing worked in the store). Well they called up and told them about the tape and the store told them to come in and pay the store 20 bucks for the movie. My grandfather told them to go up themself and tossed the movie in the trash
