IF you have printer issues, BBuy has computer/printers set up for you to access your account and print coupons or reward zone certificates (I've done this many times at various locations...just ask and a staff member will point you to a pc to use)

I'm with a few other members, that the Endless Ocean 150 points starting Monday is a "most likely" buy.
I noticed all copies of Endless Ocean ($29.99) are bundled with wii speak ... a veteran staff member at BBuy believes the first shipment or two will have the wii speak included but in the near future it will be game only for $29.99. He noted this was just like wii Resort that original was bundled with 2 motion controller attachments and then only came with one.

For the umpteenth time - The ASTERISK appeared yesterday!

They must have updated the system, but the asterisk is not the difference.
 
It would also help if we knew the times of these "shot down" transactions. Some people post from their phones a few seconds after leaving the store, but others may be driving back and posting from their computers. So it's difficult to discern if any of the "shot down" people were happening before people who were succesful today.

I got three for free at around 11:45am EST, if not later.
 
I just got 3 picked up before 11. They may have changed the system but it would have been after I picked these up cuz it was $0.00 out the door with a smile :) I will try to grab another 3 before the day is done, already traded in 2 bundles at 2 gs's. Thanx BestBuy ;p

If I remember correctly, didn't this same thing happen with FTF and Sudoku?

Some Best Buys "fixed" their systems whereas others went the entire day accepting the coupon. I'm going to go back to my local Best Buy and test it out on my lunch break.
 
K my brother in law is a manager at best buy n he told me that yesterday when the price dropped happened the system didnt update to deny the coupon hence the asterisk being there n it still ringing up free, today the system updated thus making it not free

Sudoku never got "fixed" because it was never on sale. FTF was "fixed" at the end of the first day it was on sale.
 
It seems stupid to have these coupons, and then invalidate them for the majority of the time they're supposed to be in effect. Much as I like free stuff, it would be better if they'd reduce it so with the coupon it was really cheap...like how I got Pikmin & Excitebots for $5 each after the coupon...last month, I think it was.

Seems like I just got mine in time, I went at 11:22. Guess I got lucky:D. I then went to a second BB and the girl rang everything up, scanned my RZ card, then coupon. She was confused why it didn't work as well, but she did everything right. At my first BestBuy, a prompt came up, where as the second BB, no prompt came up on the screen. Nothing happened. I'm just happy I got the three. Now I have to decide if e-bay or GS?
 
It does sound like it's dead, but just in case anyone is still trying-- make a little pile of stuff when you go to the cashier. (don't pre-build your fort with 30 boxes, though). Put your RZ card on top, then the game, then the coupon. There have been issues in the past when things aren't scanned in the right order with people calling "dead" when it was really cashier/register error.

If you scan in that order, when the cashier hits total, it SHOULD prompt them to apply the discount. If it doesn't, it's dead. (but if you forget to scan your RZ card, then they hit total, then they scan the card, it may not apply, etc, etc,etc)

If it didn't work, please post what happened, not just "I got shot down" so we can absolutely confirm if it's dead or not.
 
I'm just messing around for all the losers who will bitch and moan they can't go get a free game when their lazy asses want to. I knew about this friday. I was ready for sunday but I didn't think it would be anywhere near they big a TIV. I should have checked first. Rookie mistake.

I got my fair share. Off to shower and then go trade in happy. Should get about $400 in credit. That should give you guys a hit on how many I scored.

I like to think that every time this happens someone gets fired and the new guy in charge will be just as foolish one month down the line.

no dice in chicago. They are ringing up as sale price in the computer.just wasted 45 minutes on the train to get denied. Maybe some of the people on here who got 12+ copies will share with other cag's. I'm not gonna hold my breath though

When someone decides to answer a question that someone else didn't ask instead of the question they did ask because the person answering assumed something it doesn't help anyone.

Providing the relevant answer while still pointing out that if the asker intended to do what was assumed would have actually been helpful instead of the opposite.

OK some of you need to use the slightest amount of common sense. You bitched about not posting enough info for your own satisfaction... think about it, I am using a phone browser to post on CAG literally 30 seconds out the door of BB.

So if you cant understand why my report of coupon not working conflicts compared to 5 others that got the game, then stopped by GS to trade it in, then stopped and ate lunch, and then went home to post about the coupon working .... then i cant help ya put 2 and 2 together

OK ....I cant be as discriptive as an friggin episode of "24" on everything .... why cause Im on a friggin phone browser, which also shortens amount of characters i can use in a post as well. If i say coupon was shot down by cashier .... thats what i mean ....i didnt say cashier refuse to use coupon .... or didnt say cashier poked me in eye and called me mean names ........... "coupon was no go" nuff said. ..... hell i dont wanna sit in the parking lot forever either postin on CAG from my cell.... plus I had to drive 20 minutes to another one to try and verify for others and make sure it just wasnt a single incident at the first BB.

Sorry for the rant just found it friggin stupid someone gonna sit there bitch and moan cause mobile updates from the stores to try and help others wasnt up to thier standards while they werent contributing nothing cept pissin & moaning.

This right here. If I miss a deal its my own damn fault for not keeping on top of things and utilizing the tools available to me (CAG) just like they are available to everyone else. I'm not going to cry foul or anything, I missed a deal and thats that, there will be others. I saw this deal at 3pm Sunday and you know what I did? I put on some jeans, printed a couple coupons and away I went. I didn't post on CAG "Gosh, I hope this deal will still be available later this week" That mentality along with accusing others of hoarding or killing deals after failing to partake of a deal when it was available just baffles me. Deals and glitches will always be finite and are not "entitlements" Thankfully i've noticed more and more people here realizing this lately and having to read less of those type of posts.

I tried to purchase the bundle @ 12:20 Eastern. The cashier rang up everything in the proper order but the coupon showed zero value. She was real cool about it and brought a manager over to confirm that it wasn't working due to the sale item. My guess is that their system updated at 12 and that's why some were successful earlier today.
 
Just traded in my second one (game only, gave the last 2 guns to my kids) and After edge and 40% coupon he said $8.xx.....i was like..no......this is the second nerf game..not the first..its value alone was $8 ish yesterday...he pressed more buttons and it came out to $12 something

got up yesterday am and saw the confirmation on this, didn't even shower and ran out the door (damn i was stinky)! The first BB i went to only have 5 so i did two trips the registers and out the door for a couple of bucks (bought some candy and pop). Next BB i went to was a gold mine and had stacks so i made another 5 trips in and out and went home and printed out some more coupons and then back in for another 2 trips. I did leave 4 copies at that store for good karma but now that the deal is dead and online inventory checker still shows some in stock there i should have "got all them shitz!"
 
Yeah, the clerk I took mine to assumed the game was the first one. Granted it's not like the game actually says Nerf 2, so it's not that unreasonable.

Exactly, we want a live guerrilla handy-cam stream running while you hunt for the free games. Please make sure you also capture the look on the cashier when they ring up as free.

Did they ever show Dr. Claw in the cartoon series?
 
So if this Nerf thing wasn't on sale, I could get it for $10 w/ the coupon (regular price is $30). Since it is on sale, I can't use the coupon, and have to pay $20. Best Buy, you continue to amaze me.
