I'm surprised the Dropkick Murphys new CD wasn't in the ad (it's $9.99 at CC). I'll get Ra from them and Transplants with a pricematch from CC (it's also $9.99 there).

I wasn't aware The Offspring had a Greatest Hits album coming out. I'll pass on that though, since I'm pretty sure I have all of their albums (I'm missing the self-titled one on CD, but I have it on cassette).

Did your Best Buy send back all the Ra CD's? They said there was some kind of defect and they had to send all copies back. I did get a raincheck though :)
 
Wish I had seen this earlier, I have 2 $5 gift certs I would have used on the new Billy Corgan cd. Any idea what its price will go up to tomorrow?
 
Must have missed this music ad. Oh well, too late now anyway. I see it's back to raising the prices of C.D.s, or at least just at BB. It was nice getting most new releases for $9.99 and even some older ones. Bleh.

Yeah. The defect was that there was a skip at the beginning of the second track that was about a second long.

And yeah, the album is a letdown compared to From One. It grew on me after a couple listens, though. On a scale of one to ten I'd give it a seven.
 
I figured it would grow on me...but you gotta tell me which tracks are the best, cuz some of em are just not too good...

My favorites are Fallen Angels (track 2), Tell Me (track 3), The Only One (track 6), Far Enough (track 12), and Undertaken (track 13).
