I strolled into my neighborhood Best Buy (Permieter Mall, Atlanta, GA) this evening while the missus was picking up new pillows and noticed a 50% off table for video games. Of course, it was mostly pretty crappy games, but then I spied 3 copies of Ridge Racer 6, each originally $50, making them $25. I enjoyed the demo and got caught up in the rush of getting a new X360 game for only $25, so I snagged it right away.
It rung up as $50 (as expected) and it took a lot of head scratching from managers to figure out why an X360 game was so cheap. After looking things up, they determined it was on closeout (I wouldn't expect to see any more copies there after these are gone) and that the price was correct at $25. So I got my RR6.
Not sure if this is closeout everywhere, but it's worth a look. For $25, RR6 is a fun arcade racer.
