Best Buy WILL match online prices this holiday season (Amazon confirmed)!!!

I predicted this back in the summer when Best Buy Canada led the way, but now it's confirmed for the US. Score one for me (and all of us!!)

And no, haters, it's not a specific deal but anyone not excited about this is an idiot.

I was also wondering if this effects the $20 gift card they had for pre-orders. If you get your game, like Dishonored, and you price match it through amazon or somewhere else in a week or so, you should still get the $20 giftcard right?

The company hasn't revealed full details on what sites they'll be matching, and what limits there are to the price match arrangement – you know there'll be a few. We do know that Amazon is in the mix though, so next time you go to Best Buy, have your smartphones ready to check pricing.
