Best deal for a 360 band set.

Recently I decided it was about time for me to pick up rockband or a guitar hero set. Band hero works to. Own a few of the games and most of the band games are dirt cheap anyway. Think it wold be fun to play with the gf she wants me to get it for the drums and with me getting promoted to full time decided it was time to pick one up. Whats the best deal do you guys think? my local pawn stores dont carry the instruments anymore so looking to buy it new on amazon saw band hero kit for close to 150 will that be the best you think?
 
Yeah I think Big Lots has had the Guitar Hero World Tour set on sale and the instruments are pretty decent from it. DO NOT pay $150 for the Band Hero set, you can find much, much cheaper.

If you don't mind getting things in pieces I'd recommend looking for a Guitar Hero 3 w/ guitar set (b/c the guitar is really good and wireless) and maybe the Rock Band 2 kit if you can find it because the drums and mic are great and you'd have a second guitar.
 
Guitar Hero World Tour drums suck and Band Hero uses the same drums so I would avoid those. Also $150 is way too much for a Band Hero bundle. I would look for deals on Rock Band 2, Beatles Rock Band, or GH Warriors of Rock bundles.

Kmart sells the Rock Band 2 set for $80 if you can find one. I noticed a bunch of RB2 sets for PS3 recently popped up at my local Walmart for $80. They didn't have any Xbox 360 sets though. Also check craigslist as that is probably your best bet after Kmart.
