Best Independent/Specialty Online Game Retailer 2011

I voted for NIS America. They've gotten a lot better over the years. I usually get my NISA games from them before they hit stores. :D
 
For those nominating eStarland, let me ask: why?

Seriously, I got nothing but shit service from them. Wouldn't answer emails, overpriced items, and was straight-up rude to me in live chat because I wanted to cancel my order (which I had emailed them about for DAYS).

Not to mention I chose Priority shipping, but then they want to take 4 days for "processing" before they even attempt to get my order together.

Out of the list the only one I know and have used is Play-Asia. Experience was great so they get my vote.

For me, they've been great. They tend to have low prices for certain hard-to-find games and collectables, and for being on the other side of the country from me, their shipping times are pretty quick.

Sorry to hear that you've had bad experiences with them :/
