best NES style gamepad for 360?

hi,
Is there a good NES / SNES style gamepad available for the 360? I'm looking for something with a better gamepad than the one on the official 360 wireless controller. I've seen people talking about a madcatz arcade stick, but most people who have used it say it isn't very good.

I'm wondering if there's a dreamcast style 360 controller.

It'd make some of those arcade games feel oh so right, ;-)
