I'm guessing you'd like to get it as soon as possible since you mentioned brick & mortar. I'm not aware of any b&m deals at the moment, but PlayAsia has it for $21.90, but unfortunately you need $3.10 more of goods to get free shipping, and their shipping usually takes two weeks, but that's the best deal I could find. I imagine eBay will have some cheap soon with people reselling once their orders arrive.
