Hey guys, I'm currently looking for some older games to run on my laptop. It's one of those cheap Black Friday Walmart laptops, obviously not trying to play Battlefield 3 with it, but there's gotta be some old gems out there for me to run.

Not looking for anything in particular, although it would be a bonus if a) it can support a 360 controller or b) it can play online so I can convince some friends with similar computers to hop on a server.

I currently have up and running:
MVP Baseball 2005 (2012 and All-Time roster mods)
Madden 2008
Halo: Combat Evolved
Star Wars: KOTOR

Thinking about digging out some Starcraft and Diablo to install and maybe the GTAs and whatever else I have on Steam. Tried Jade Empire but that was a little choppy so I uninstalled it.

Any suggestions? Thanks CAGs!

Edit: don't let the title confuse you, I meant low end laptop but I can't edit it on mobile.

Probably 85% of the games on GOG should run fine. I bought 8 or 10 older Bioware RPGs for $21 a week or so ago - when I have a laptop again, that's probably what I'll load first.

Quake 3 and/or Unreal Tournament 2004 ought to run ok as well.

You might be able to get Path of Exile working. That game runs on a lot of systems and is basically Diablo but free and multiplayer included. If it doesn't run, you spent nothing, just the time downloading it.

Most of GoG's lineup will certainty work. Hell, I would even look into Steam's Library. Granted you wont be able to play a lot of games, but there are a few indie games that should run. Also some casual stuff if your into that.
