Best price on new Ps3?

My fat one got the YLOD, and am looking to get a new super slim until I pick up a PS4 next spring. What's the best price for these?

The 12gb version that you can put your hard drive in (with some rails). Would probably be the cheapest option. Brand New your probably looking at $200.

If you get a used one from Cowboom or craigslist. Probably $100.
