Best price on PS3?

What's the best price on a PS3 seen in Canada in recent months? I'm planning to buy one but not sure if it's worth holding out for something cheaper than the standard $300.

I remember seeing a $50 instant rebate at Eb games/ Gamestop, not sure if it still going on or not.

That $50 off at EB is the best deal, like dan said. Don't know if it's still in effect.

I thought costco was selling it with a 50 dollar discount. Until janurary or something, just recalling from memory since my friend is also looking for a ps3.

Yup, also some stores have the system with the $50 discount bundled with 2 free games (NHL11 and Infamous), but YMMV (seems more stores in the East having this deal). If you can sell those two games, you pretty much just got a 160GB console for $200.
