BIG REQUEST! Friend Replacing 360 Products After Robbery

Hey guys, got a big request for you all. My house was broken into a few nights ago, and thankfully all that was stolen was my roommate's XBox 360, about 10 games, a wireless adapter, and a controller. The state police came by with the goods they recovered after they arrested the guys that broke in.

Bad thing is, not everything was recovered. Here's what we're in need of:

Xbox 360 60GB HDD
Wireless Adapter
Wireless Controller, had a keyboard attachment but he doesn't really care about replacing that
Assassin's Creed 2
Modern Warfare 2

Deals from anyone here on this site would be great, so would deals through websites. We're just trying to get everything replaced.

Any help you all could give would be much appreciated. We're lucky they caught the guys who broke into our house so easily; they did it while we were in the house watching a movie in another room, and didn't even hear them.
 
You can get Assassin's Creed 2 for 40 at Target. Modern Warfare 2 for 50 at Gamestop. If you can find them, I know Best Buy had the Wireless G Adapters on clearance for $40. The Hard drive you can grab a refurbished one at Gamestop, that's what I did. They also price dropped the 120GB, though.

PM a MOD and ask them. They will do it.
 
The room they broke into was on the opposite side of the house, and they didn't have to walk in too far-- his TV is right near the door.
