Lets hear about your shopping experiences.

Funny, bad, good. Anything. Post em up so we can hear em.

Hopefully we get a few funny stories about people being idiots (non-CAGs that is).

*As for myself I am currently studying abroad for about 2 more weeks so I was relegated to ordering online.

Picked Up:
:360:Need For Speed Hot Pursuit LE (I hope) from kmart.com
:wii: Sin & Punishment (newegg)
:360: Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast 2 (got lucky and got it when Amazon had their pricing mistake on it for $10)

That was pretty much it. I got what I wanted (NFS) and got 2 other games I wasn't planning on getting. Only regret missing out on :ps3: Resident Evil Gold Edition for $20 but oh well.

On Thanksgiving, I won an Xbox 360 from Burger King before I went to my Mom's Thanksgiving Brunch. Then after I came back from my Sister's Thanksgiving Dinner I did most of my Christmas Shopping online at Amazon. Then on Black Friday I bought an import game from Play-Asia. Yesterday, I went in to Target and got a little something (Mega Blocks!) for my Niece.

All in all, a pretty good Black Friday experience. :bouncy:

For myself, I got a Red Limited Edition Wii with a $50 game credit (Amazon) and the rest was Christmas stuff.

Well I saw on the news that some guy at a Target got trampled. Forgot what state they said he was in, think it was Maryland. He wasn't hurt though, as they interviewed him after it happened. As for me, I did all my shopping online.

I'm a fed-ex guy and on black fri. they sent me out of my area to one of the strip malls for a mis-delivered package. im like "fuck!!!! thiss'll take all day!". surprisingly, i was in and out! No traffic around 1:00 P.M.

Did all mine on-line,

On Monday I ordered a few things from Amazon. On Friday I woke up around 7AM in anticipation for the blu-ray of Lost: The Complete Series being a lightning deal at 7:30. I ordered within thirty seconds of the deal going live, then later in the day, I went to Wal-Mart and was able to pick up three of the four blu-rays I wanted (Step Brothers, Superbad, She's Out Of My League). The only one I couldn't find was Pineapple Express, but I came home and ordered it from Amazon for $5.99 using the "grhornet" code. All in all it was a pretty good BF.

Got to Super Walmart about 11:15, scoped out the stuff I was interested in, then went off and did some more casual shopping (picked up stuff like winter clothes, a couple pairs of jeans in my size, etc) and at 1145 went back to where the midnight sale items I was interested in were. About 1150ish someone ripped off the plastic, and it was on like Donkey Kong. I ended up getting what I want, then went to go scope out the electronics section. Nothing there, but on my way I ended up going through the hardware area and picked up one of the $68 toolkits. Checkout took about 45 minutes in line, but it moved very quickly. Got home about 130 AM.

About 1030, went to the regular Walmart. Ended up going to electronics and PMing Target's $7 DS games (Lego Batman, Ironman 2). Thought about PMing DQ9, but decided against it. Then, I stumbled upon the DVD and games pallets and made out like a bandit. Ended up getting almost 50 DVDs and games total. Ended up also picking up some pajama bottoms for $5 on clearance, as well as some other stuff.

The experience was pretty good. The line at midnight was bad, but I was with someone and we took turns standing there while the other person went to see if anything else was worth it. The number of people was just amazing though.

The 1030 crowd was much better. I never once waited in line, in any of the 3 transactions I ended up making. People were courteous, which surprised me a lot. The workers also weren't rude and they didn't have that "I've been here for 6 hours and want to kill everyone" attitude.

Aside from that, I hit up online stuff (mostly at Amazon). I made 10 orders online on Friday or Saturday, with 6 of them being from Amazon.
