Now if this was the other way around a white women shot a black man O it be all over the news (zimmerman)

This is at least the 2nd or 3rd time you've posted a story like this in some shallow attempt to draw a connection to the Trayvon Martin shooting and thus expose some nefarious media bias. In reality, all you are doing is exposing yourself as a closet racist.
 
I love how slidecage calls him kind of a "jerk". If you bang on someones car window and try to open their door you can reasonably expect the person inside to feel threatened. Did he deserve to be shot? No. But you take a risk when acting aggressive towards anyone. To say this is the same thing as a citizen basically hunting another person down with a loaded weapon is ridiculous.

I dont believe this is actually the case in Texas at least. Also in Florida where this scenario actually happened once - no charges under the Castle Doctrine.

A couple years ago in the same city (Houston), a guy shot and killed two people that was vandalizing his neighbor's, not even his own, house. No charges.

The dude was FOLLOWING the kid with a loaded gun. He is the aggressor no matter what. He is a citizen not the police. You do not have the right to follow someone and expect not think retaliation or conflict might happen. You just don't get it. The person in trouble (one alive, one dead) was the instigator. They put themselves in that situation.

I think slidecage threads in OT are awesome, but he really needs to be banned from vs. His shtick clearly doesn't belong here and he tends to follow the same trends as the last few banned members.

Victim injuries = ripped up knuckles gun shot
Zimmerman= busted nose , busted back of head

case= zimmerman charged with 2nd degree murder (what is plain stupid they should of went for manslaughter cause the idoits will never be able to prove their case and the judge will be force to allow Zimmerman to walk free -what he should not be even if he was defending himself he used more force then what the other was doing

Case... no charges will be filed cause she was scared and i guess that gives her the right to kill someone



So i guess this case means that you can go drive to your local downtown area, when a homeless person comes walking up to your car and when you dont give them the money they ask for. If they start kicking your car your ALLOW TO SHOOT THEM cause this is the same stuff what happened at the gas station.


Should ZIMMERMAN walk free hell no... hell i dont even think he should of got that 250,000... That money should of went into a fund and went to pay his people. What money is left should go into the city NOT TO HIM

To me, it honestly sounds like she hit the guy and didn't know/was planning on running from the scene. The guy should have just taken down her license plate and filed a police report instead of doing what he did, but I know some people wouldn't want to do so. He definitely should not have acted the way he did when he got out of his truck and approached his car, but people get fired up about those kind of things, especially if it took him a long time to get her to stop. No charges are likely to be filed given the state, but I could definitely see other states not letting her off so easy. Whether she was confronted with deadly force, and thus needed to respond with deadly force, is most certainly in question. I don't really know why she wouldn't just call 911 immediately and continue driving until an officer met up with her or else drive to the nearest police department, assuming that she was aware of the accident/not running from the scene at the time. All together, both of their actions were quite stupid and resulted in the death of one person and most likely mental problems of another, not to mention how it will affect their families.

Actually, Martin only had a quarter inch scratch under one of his knuckles.

2nd degree includes the possibility of being convicted of manslaughter in Florida.

If the story checks out, and it seems to do that according to witnesses, it's an open and shut case of self-defense.
