Blockbuster 40 Movie Rental/$300 Game Certificates

There seem to be a lot of these floating around on eBay, craigslist, etc...and people are selling them at a huge loss...i.e. $80 for a certificate valued at $300. Where are all these coming from? Is there some sort of promotion where you can get one of these?

I received this card as a mail in bonus when I purchased a Panasonic home theater projector.

That's where that one came from at least.

blockbuster takes other stores coupons , so i would rather buy 4 sheets of hollywood video coupons (48 rentals) for around 25 bucks .
