Blockbuster ONLINE Delivery Question and problem with Mail

has anyone had their Mailing open. I mean it How you open it and you can see the CD hanging out. Well My 2 Movies (villige and King auth Shipped tues and was to get here FRIDAY) they never showed. I went out to the mail box and boom nothing this morning. Went back this afternoon and the KING movie was in the mailbox but the Shipping envlope was ripped open (it was like someone opened it to watch the movie) Has this happen to anyone else..


I have already Emailed BB and told them about this and how i still dont have the VILLIGE and totally pissed about this 5 days and no movie. I told them I wont pay for the VILL. movie and dont really care what happened to it since they dont seem to care about its customers (I called them yesterday about the movie not coming when it was to )
 
I wouldnt pay 15 a month for BB not after how their customer service last night act like it was no big deal they had no clue where the movies are at. They could said we are sorry you didnt get your movies for the weekend and we will give you a free week or something but they acted like Too bad your movies didnt come. Now i got to wait till Tuesday (1 week since i put them in the mail) to see if they even come.

customer service isnt open on the weekends but i willl be calling them up monday and letting them know about this DVD I got today how it was already ripped open. I had gamefly since NOV 9 2004 and never had a package ripped open SO i think someone took this and Watched the freaking movie. AND What also sucks there is not a freaking thing i can do about it.

I went down to the main post office and told them about the package They lost back in dec and they said

Sir we try our best but sometimes packages do get lost

They acted like too bad your item came up missing just like they would act if i would show them this DVD ripped open. Total bull
 
only reason i got BB was for the 2 free in store rentals nexflix is like 18 per month with no instore rentals. I can get unlimted Rentals instore at places for 20 so 18 isnt worth going though the mail
 
You do realize you can report a problem to BB, and they will send out a new movie right? After that 5 days they will take the shipped on off your shipped list and send you the next one or the same.
How is that BB fault that someone is going through your mail?
 
simple they should make the packing alot better then it is . The people at the post office could just say the MAchine ripped the Thing open since all you got to do is slide your finger along and it will open the package. Gamefly is sealed the same way but it has 2 more things that you got to pull open to get the total thing apart. ALso it seems like they are giving me the run around by saying they have no CLUE where the movies are shipping from.

All i know is im not payng a penny for the lost Villiage movie . ANd about sending a movie 5 days that is still 8-10 days without a movie what is 1/3 of the month total. Their shipping is way out of hand 4 days each way to get a movie no wonder why they only charge 15 a month few will pay that much for 8 day turn around

You dont have to pay a penny anyway. Like i said, theres a feature in your queue that lets your report problems. I myself have been subscribed to BB's online service for about 4 months, only one dvd never showed and after the 5 days i reported it and they shipped me another copy the same day.
It also depends how far you are from a shipping center. It takes 2 days for mine to get to me, and they receive them the day after i ship them back.
 
5 days?? They told me when i called Friday 1 day after the Date is shows you need to respond.

Say a movie ships 1-1 arrives 1-4 if the movie dont get their on the 4th they told me to go in and report it on the 4th

They should do more like Gamefly and keep the movies only in the center that is nearest to you not sending them from all over the place
Say i got MOvie A.B.C.D

and they got 4 shipping places CALI, Texas, MIch, NY and the closest one to me would be MICH. say they got A but B is sold out ... I would rather have A, C, D ship from MIch then have A and C ship from MICH and B ship from cali.

If the movies are out at that shipping center just move down to the next Movie on the list instead of Shipping from all over the place. I know for a fact that there is no way that im going to have any movies for this weekend either/ IF I ship back Tuesday there is no way i will get new ones by SATURDAY.

there is mostly nothing that i really need to rent in Feb so i might cancell after my Free month and then come back in March 2005 (this will also give me a month of older movies to watch as well.

in closing what is werid is I even had problems with gamefly this week (I put the Games in the mail TUE and they still didnt get them 4 days ) unless no1 works on Saturday to take the games in. Now i got to wait till next saturday to get the zedla o well

EDIT: found another loophole in the BB coupons (Ie found 4 more stores that accept the coupons.. I figure if i hit 2 of these stores every other week I will have 2 DVDS in hand + the ones i get though the mail......... Going to try it Next weekend and if it works i will keep it cause i will have

AT LEAST 8 DVDS from B&M stores and around 9-12 from BB ONLINE + 4 game rentals what should make it worth the 14 a month..
