Blockbuster price drops, new: Far Cry 2, Bioshock

Far Cry 2 is (or was, probably all gone now unless some stores didnt put them in the bin) at zellers 2 for $30 and scan at that. I know here all the good ones that were seen there were ubisoft, far cry 2, R6V2, brothers in arms. RFD had reports of other good games 2/$30.

I imagine they all sold fast, but I would expect if zellers had them at that price they are all walmart bin games soon.

The game is months old and is already a bargain bin game? I call BS.

But Ubisoft games don't hold their value so it'll be $20 come Christmas.

Are you sure you're not confussing Far Cry 2 with Far Cry Veagence on Wii? Because I went to Zellers, and I was told any games in display are not part of the deal. And Far Cry 2 was in the display.
 
FAR CRY 2, 360 and PS3, with a 59.99 price tag on it.

Also endwar for PSP, so possibly for others but not locally, didn't look to see if they were gone fromt eh case and sold.

Brothers in arms hells highway PS3, and brothers in arms ??? for wii

R6 vegas 2 PS3 with a 39.99 tag on it

The regular ubisoft bargain bin games for all systems

Assasins creed ps3, didnt seem them here but rfd reports of the other hits, warhawk, motorstorm, which I would believe since there are a bunch of assasins creed here.
 
YMMV then. All those games you mentioned were in a display at my local Zellers, and they said 2/30 only on Bin.
 
They scan 2 for $30...

The bin is more then 4X the size of the previous bin they had with 2 for $30, and it was loaded (lots of crap ds games)

Also had the ps2 mortal kombat 3 pack box, and naked brothers? bundle

others mentioned on rfd as being 2 for $30 not in the bin here, so who knows how many there really is. but its a lot, and some are a lot better then zellers would have ever intended to be on sale befrore
 
Whoa. That kind of just silenced me...

Might pick up Endwar for PSP, and Far Cry 2 for PS3 then. Pending reviews for Endwar on PSP though.

I see their reg price is shown 39.99 (same as BBV now), but stickers were all 59.99. You have to get 2 for the $15 to show up, scanning one at cash looks like reg price
 
My apologies. I didn't see any mention of it on RFD. Interesting that they scanned at that price without the white "value games" label Zellers usually puts on their bargain bin games.

Seems YMMV, though.

Far Cry 1 is not on 360. Far Cry 2 is under the receipt in the pic. 39.99$ is the regular price of Far Cry 2.

Far Cry Instincts: Predator is available for the Xbox 360. As we all know, the "regular" prices are Zellers are not always accurate. I'm not saying Zoro is wrong, I'm just trying to be 100% before I make an ass of myself trying to get Far Cry 2.

39.99 was the regular price for FC2 in the USA for a long time so this might be their new regular price.
