Blockbuster special for Resident Evil 5 - Free Framed Art w/ Pre-Order

My cousin took a photo of this "special" at Blockbuster. Not bad if you feel like the exclusive framed art is worth it.

The framed art for Star Wars: Force Unleashed was pretty cool. But they are a bit on the small side. I agree the GTA4 one was lame. My blockbuster ended up just giving those away for free after awhile.
 
The framed art's really not that great as far as bonus items go. They do this a lot and they're typically just low-quality prints in a cheap frame. You don't even get a stand or anything for them, I'm actually using my Fable 2 frame as as a paperweight right now.

A nail and a wall should suffice. I wouldn't expect an easel with any purchased framed art.
 
Ya we have been doing alot of those preorder bonus at work and their ok but don't make or break in a decision for a pre order.

When I went to pre-order the regular edition and get the deal for the gift card, they tried to tell me this was only good for the CE. I'll have to go in and talk to them about it.
 
Hmmm, I liked the framed art the I got from Blockbuster with GTAIV, but I think I'm going to go with GameCrazy on RE5 'cause I want the snow globe more.

This is probably YMMV, but the couple of local Blockbusters that I frequent had LOADS of those GTAIV framed pictures leftover, and were giving them away. I bet this happens again.
 
I used the rest of my cheap credit, plus they let me use the $5 gift card up front...so it was basically $5 off. ymmv.
 
Alright so far theres Gamecrazy with the sand globe, and BBV with the framed picture with the $5 gift card if paid in full. Wth does Gamestop offer? I assume they would have something up their sleeves by now. I want to know because I have left over credit I want to use over there.

they did say preorder bonus on their site for it, and it was something called a RESIDENT EVIL 5 ART CELL which im guessing is some sort of picture or poster? but its not showing up on the site anymore
