Turning into a pain in the ass for me...made two orders (this was for the ditto deal earlier in the week; my 2/29 order seems to be okay thus far) on 2/25 and they sat for four days, saying "Awaiting Credit Approval". Turns out that, despite doing eveything correct on my end, CH was attempting to run the transaction on my old expired credit card, not the valid one. Rep said she'd cancel that order then turn right around and re-enter it, with the new credit card applying. Well, this morning, I look at my account and the two orders have vanished altogether. Called CH and today's rep says the other rep only cancelled the original order, and never re-entered it correctly. Supposedly, this new rep is correcting that now but, ugh, I don't know...the value of this offer is starting to look shaky to me at this point...
