Boktai and Boktai 2

Does anyone know where I can pick one, or both of these games up for cheap? I've checked my local EBgames and Gamestop but both don't have copies. So I checked their websites, EB doesn't have it and GS has it on back order pre-owned (I'd rather not buy pre-owned from GS).
 
I believe Overstock.com has Boktai 2 for about $20. I myself am debating wether or not I should buy it.
 
I imagine that you could get them for cheap on eBay IF you do some researching and find out how to spot counterfeits. That's usually what I do.

Given the photo-sensors on the carts, is there really a problem in spotting a fake Boktai? I imagine that if it's a bootleg, than it won't have a sensor.
 
You could have a point, but they counterfeit lots of shit. Who knows, maybe they can bootleg that too. Just a precaution.
 
Not really, they just bootleg the one gba cart and then just copy roms onto the same cart. I doubt they would waste they're time copying the second cart just for two games that no one buys anyways.

Exactly. You have to remember that they are trying to make a quick buck. A quick buck is not made by manufacturing a different cartridge with a special sensor. Why would they do that when they could just as easily do the standard bootlegging and make more money? You have to remember that they do this as a business, not as a way to spite the companies. I'm also pretty sure you won't find any bootleg Wario Ware Twisteds and whatever that tilting Kirby one was, either.

I checked the price at my TRU with one of the price scanners yesterday & Boktai 2 was still 19.95. Are you getting the price mixed up with the 1st Boktai?
