Bootleg PS2 disc expertise requested

I have a this PS2 pre-retail version of a game. The only thing on it aside from the silver on both sides is the hand writing of the PR rep who wrote the title of the game with a sharpie. It also has the Playstation logos on the inner rim on the underside of the disc (that every licensed PS2 game has). So my question is, if I sold this could this disc be confused as a bootleg? Have there been any bootlegs that have these logos?

Im pretty sure thats not a gold disc therefore wont play on a regular PS2.

And yes, I love when reps Sharpie on the name on preview builds.... lovely.

i wouldnt sell it...
1) would never jeopardize my professional record
2) doesnt matter if it still works in retail consoles... you'd only further confuse the person you sold it to....

regardless... which game is it?

I don't see why you couldn't sell it and just include all that information in your auction. It sounds like you know the history of the disc, and if there are any issues with the buyer I'm sure you could just give a refund within the first 7 days or something like that.
