Boy vomits on teacher - charged with battery!!

A US high school student who vomited on his Spanish teacher has been charged with battery against a school official.

I guess detentions or suspensions aren't good enough these days. I guess kids should be careful where they sneeze or cough or they might be looking at a jail cell with gay bubba.

It's a bio-medical hazard. Kid should've known better.

Worst that will happen is that the charge will be reduced to a misdeamnor, and he'll have to do some community service.

Hmm the article is inconclusive. It's bullshit if it was an accident, otherwise the kid should get suspended for a few days or something.
